if it breaks it breaks cause it was cheap, not because the CPU was "too hot"... it makes o sense at all... post a link supporting the claim

If it is poorly made then so be it... but if it breaks it is not due to the heat from a chip... if anything it can't keep it cold enough... but it would definitely do better than any air or water...

It depends which substances you use in the compressor.

Some react a lil bit more volatile than others 0.0, regarding pressurization I'm not sure.
