We've been together for a little over 2 and a half years. So we're pretty serious. My friend is going to trade me a stereo system and amp, some money, and a 32" LED TV. So I think I'm going to keep the cash and home stereo system and let her have the TV. They only have a old 24" wooden CRT that's reaching its end of life, so I think it'll be nice for her family to have it when I already have a 40" and my parents have a 46".
Don't do it. Women are fleeting and can leave at any moment. A TV will last you a lot longer.

Well that's kind of a sad view of life. Either way, her mom has done a lot for me when its only her, my girlfriend, and her sister. So her mom deserves something nice finally.

Hey, overkill, what's your 980X clocked at?

I'm thinking about getting a 6 core in the near future when I come into some money and I was wondering what it'd take to top you

Pretty sure he's at 4.1ghz or 4.2ghz... not sure. He's rockin' that thing hard, and I think he's going further during our down month. Can't wait.

Right now I am only at 4.0GHz until next month, where I am going to push it to it's limit. Then we're going to see some serious PPD.

Fair enough, I was on 4.4GHz for a while but I've done some damage to my chip and it's degrading.

I want to get to 4.5GHz if I ever get a 970

I had to roll my i7 950 back to 3.8. I can't seem to get it stable. I had the damn thing at 1.4 volts and it was crashing. Turned it up to 1.4125 and core temps were hitting 86C on my Noctua.

Set it back down to 3.83 @ 1.37 volts. This thing hates me. All the guides are worthless! I suspect it has something to do with my 4 graphics cards but I've tried OC both the NB & the other bridge then but no luck.
