yea... but we don't have that lol.

we have 1 x 2600k and 1 x last gen quad core i7 (920 or something, not sure)

Edit: I'm fairly certain it wouldn't be against the rules, what I'm more interested in is whether it would put us at a disadvantage to teams that have 2x 2600K or a hex core i7 and a Nehalem i7..

It is stable at 1125core/2250 shader clock @1.187v, but only if it stays below 50ºC. With very little airflow through the radiator, and the AC off in the house, it got up to 55ºC and the driver crashes commenced.
Well, if you guys followed this thread and gave me the links, then you could all see whether it was playing up by checking my site....

WKS04 got a bigadv WU overnight, maybe check some of the other Teams' pages on my site to see whether that is an issue for others..

Is it possible to get something like this for v7? Last I checked you couldn't use HFM with v7

Also Caleal you're going to stay on fermi because...
"the difference from i7 950 to i7 2600k is much greater than the difference from a low end Fermi to a high end Fermi" (Zodac, 2011)

So the hunt continues for another 2600k

Well hurry up then so I can get back to folding on all my gear!

The red bars on my HFM make me:.

To maximize the points while I fill in for the i7 slot, I had to stop my Phenom because it was using the same passkey as my i7, and I had to stop my GTX470 and 9800GT because they were slowing down my i7.

my points have been sporadic but hopefully they have evened out. i spent 2 days setting up ubuntu in a Vm and that was having serious issues so i went back to v7 and even when i wasn't running ubuntu, Vmware wasstill running in the background with 4 processes and i was getting bluescreen after bluescreen all day today.

so for now i have completely uninstalled vmware and spent the past 2 hours testing the pc and no bsod yet. idk why but folding + vmware was really not working well, regardless of whether it was v7 gpu folding + smp folding in linux or smp/gpu folding in v7.
