7900gt overclock results please...

Thread Starter
I've got my 7900gt up to 655mhz GPU and 900mhz(1800mhz dual channel). I think maybe I can go higher on the mem. I've got big heatsinks on the ram and proc so temps are OK.

What are others results so perhaps I'll know to go higher.

from what ive seen a v mod will be your best bet but thats a big step. At stock v thats awesome. Without the extra v i cant see the mem being very stable. Someone post some nice 1900+ oc's with the gt but they were using a v mod. Be careful with those though. GL

Sorry, should have said, I used a simple vmod. I'm at 1.4v

I was more curious about the mem speed really, also gpu speeds with vmods.

What did you use for your mod? I tried the pencil mod and I got my Vcore to about 1.3V, I could not get it any higher. I was able to get the memory to abour 2.2V

I got mine completely stable to 570/892 and with stock cooling and no vmod. I'm gonna try a vmod right now and see how high I can go.
