Sorry I think I ask to much from you guys lets cut this short. 9800 Pro flashed to XT over 6800 with open pipe lines if they can be done on AGP. Which would be a better card?

There is a good chance that both will unlock some pipes, but I would go for the 6800 since it already has 12 pipes, while the other has only 8. If you manage to unlock 4 pipes at the LE you get the 6800, wich is not much of a gain, but on the 6800 if you manage to unlock 4 pipes you're close to having a 6800GT wich is not bad for 136 bucks.

Thanks for the info guys, about my Processor is doing just fine. I can oc my processor to 2.0Ghz so no worries there. If I upgrade my processor I might as well upgrade my mobo and video card. To much money for that at the moment but thanks for the heads-up.

Thanks for the info about the video card, by the way. dragosmp do you think this card here would be better than both of those?

If so I will go for that one instead.

Upgrading your gfx card might be an unwise decision. Depending on how much money you have/your income you'd prolly be better getting:

#1 a decent modern processor (3200+?)
#2 a decent mobo (PCIe)
#3 a PCIe gfx card. (PCIe is the new uberness!)

The probelm with that ^ is that you would have to buy all 3 at the same time. (new processor not work with your mobo/need new mobo for PCIe etc)

I think the apolla is the better card, just because the site with the apollo gives more... some info on the card. the other site seems a bit weird... gives no info.

The thing is this, I have two Computer. Once I am ready to upgrade to a new CPU I am going to upgrade the VideoCard and Motherboard. Then I will pass this AGP Video card to my other PC. That way I can remove the GeForce 5700LE off my fiance PC. By that time I should be upgrading my entire system at one shot. But for now I care about some good graphics. so take the apollo card over this one? http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...?EdpNo=1782292
