bit late to respond, but i dont think there will be a sweet spot. Ambient Occlusion and Depth of Field arent getting optimized anytime soon. Id say slow keep upping ur settings one at a time until u find ur sweet spot. Im hoping they really do fix it with the 2.0 Realm Reborn launch.
