That's the spirit. In and out of that put stop AND....that E8600 will be arriving any day now

Maybe start reading a few articles on how to overclock it. Or even PM Dan or myself. We are the kings of overclocking E8600's

And nice job Snoopy! As Dan would say....... "Way to go kid"

Yeah Bruce just got it today

Thanks for the E2180 I'm sure she'll be a beastly folder.
Unfortunately I can't install it today but I will get a chance tomorrow after my exam which is at 9:10 AM.

You have no idea how funny that was! My only other chip lying around WAS the E2180. So after I read that post I ran to the back room. Grabbed the chip sitting on the desk. Grabbed my magnifying glass and ran outside with nightmares of having to send another package through customs!
When I read the letters on the CPU it said E2180. 2.00Ghz. I had a HUGE sigh of relief.

LOL! No kidding. Here's my other reaction ------->

Now we just need to get him up and running with as little down time as possible. I'm gonna send him a PM. What do you think error10's client? I like B@lwolf's too.

I would go with B@lwolf too. To me it's easier and I haven't a real problem with it...It's the one I've been using all this time..I tried error's and it was kind of confusing for a bit..

Alright. Thanks Ranger

Ok Dan, this is the best link I found for setting that up. Don't know what happens to the guide that was for "dummies" (no offense BlankThis...it was just easier. lol)
http://www.overclock.net/overclock-n...ntu-guide.html

That guide says to download vmware server. I had excellent success with vmware player 2.0.5. Then download the ub1.5.exe on one of those links in the guide.

Ok Dan. I might not be around tomorrow when he goes to set it all up. "Aye Captain, he might need your help"

No problem there big guy. I will be around to help him when he needs it.. I think you are right about the player to use..It's the same one that I use when am in Vista.

I'll pm him so that he could tell me a good time to be on so that I could help him set up...Hopefully that he be able to get the overclocking done and stable first before we install B@lwolf's installation.
Am guessing his time will be different then mine so hopefully we can get that set..

PS: that pic of you was worth a thousand words....... Srry but I just had to........
