ok, my card had been delivered to them for a RMA. Now what? Should I be expecting a phone call? Or should I be calling them? This is my first time RMAing something.

My eVGA 7800GS is in the RMA process right now. These cards are horrible when they don't work and freaking amazing when they do right? I would just sit back and wait for them to send you the new one, they will contact you if there is any type of problem. The manufacturers are being really nice to people who RMA these cards because they know how unstable they are, I switched out the thermal compound on mine and eVGA told me they would still take it back and give me a new one.

I'm not sure, my card hasn't gotten to eVGA yet. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it though. I bet they will send you an email when they ship your new card out that has all the info in it.

it was my motherboard all along, it was a SiS Chipset which is not that compatible with newer videocards. So much for RMAing it.
