If your PC is a factory built one like mine, then it prolly wont have anything like that with it (coz only advanced users need that stuff)

Get Everest, its an awesome program, and no1 seems to mention it anymore...
The makers stopped giving out free versions on there website, but you can still get it here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html

This is a tool i consider EVERYONE should have, it tells you all you clock info, (GPU, CPU, RAM, multiplyers, FSB etc) Voltages, and loads more.

1.69v sounds a bit high to me, but i dont know that much about AMD's

EDIT: There is an edit button for a reason. you have double posted 4 times! Please use the edit button, as it saves the thread from becoming 6 pages long when it needs only be 2.

I personally do not know wat OCCT is... I run 2 instances of Prime95 to get my CPU load upto 100%

You can download Prime95 here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/Prime95_d4363.html

You may be running the vcore to high!
If needed, case air flow increases will help a lot too.

I checked out the vcore spect and it's correct! Default vcore 1.65 so that's fine.
Check your RAM.
Some has 8 chips on one side, some has 8 chips on both sided. Sometimes mixing 8 & 16 chip RAM can cause problems.

EDIT...
Have you tried just the 2 new 512s with out the 3rd stick?

il try just the 2 sticks...

Tried the 2 sticks and went on bf2, playing for about 5 minutes with just 2 sticks of 512 ram and took out my original 512 stick, and it sent me to the desktop while playing bf2, no restart this time. what could it be? when i only had 512 ram a few months back while playing on css, i got sent back the the desktop with a memmory error something like memory xxxxxxxxxx memory. but ive checked the memory with my new sticks and it still sends me back to the desktop without a erorr message now. would could it be now? ive out my hand on the heatsink and it doesnt seem very hot it seems warmish cold.
