jammo, how do you find the 5770 as a budget card?
Well It's only like 20 mins walk from piccadilly gardens, and yeah its a good store. I had a power supply blow up on me when i 1st built this rig and i thought it may have fried my video card aswell... So i took them both into the repair/RMA place and the guy tested the video card and replaced my power supply aswell which i thought was good as i didnt have to RMA the card to XFX.
The card is great for me although i plan to upgrade/Crossfire when i get my maintainece loan for UNI
for a budget card it does hold its own against previous generation cards and can deliver some power when needed. it can play all my games maxed out on my 1360 x 768 TV, i play games like Starcraft II, Aion, APB, CoD 4, oblivion... Games are Highly playable with this card IMHO i dont think ull be dissapointed and they scale really well in Xfire if you have funds to upgrade in the future.Edited by jammo2k5 - 9/5/10 at 3:24pm
