possible fix to Metro 2033 startup crash!

for the

"Metro 2033 executable stopped responding"
on startup after latest update.

download all 3 extract them starting with num1 and it should extract the other 2.

place the final file, content.vfs0 in C:\\Program Files\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\metro 2033

found it on steam fourms btw.

I am yet to try it but people report it working!
