Built for one game...Oblivion.

Thread Starter
I bought a Celeron D 351 3.2 GHZ processor, an intel dg101gc mobo, 1.5 ghz of ram, and an intel x700. Is this a good enuf build to play Oblivion without any hitches? And opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly no...

You need a better video card, thats all. Don't you mean 1.5GB of RAM (unless your ram really runs at 1.5GHz... )

intel doesn't make the x700 though...ATI does.

Other than that...No. It won't run oblivion on full settings. I do. Just. I get under 60 FPS outside...so you may wanna consider something with a little more kick.

Hey I was wondering if there are any pro's out there that can suggest an awesome cooling solution for Pentium D 820?
I was looking at the typhoon by TT, would this keep my CPU below 65c Idle?
Thanks.

ANY solution shoudl keep it under 65C idle!!! What's goin on man? If that's your idle there's something messed up. You need to reseat your heatsink or something...
