Help.. can' tget my cpu stable

hey i'ved tried to overclock my cpu and got to around 2.8 ghz but it aint stable .. then now i try to run 2.7 ghz and stiil it failds in occt how can i get it stable?

well first what are ure settings ie the vcore if it is just stck volts put it up a notch and test it as long as your temps stay below 50c load your fine dpnt rais the core above 1.65v if the board allows it which i dont think it does 1.55v is it ?

i have my on 1.49 v but i can easily get it much higher than that sholud i raise it?

1.55 to 1.575 is still saafe to uase and 1.6 if your temps are ok. You can just do a print screen then paste it too paint and save it as a jpeg and post it on a free site or save it as a thunmbnail by using the paperclip icon when you make a post. What are your setting like fsb, divider, ht frequncy multi?

did you fix the pci-e speed?
wut's the muti on your NB and SB?
timing of ram? mem clock?

many variables there, you have to solve them one by one.
run mem86 first to isolate the ram problem.
then run super Pi
then prim95
