I'll admit, the fans feel weak but my temps still stay cool.

don't know about the other guy, but the **** was good. all temps were satisfactory, the fan speed was low and he probably obsessed over it, but the cooling was good.

I have one too. Ill be posting some pics soon (need to upgrade Gpu to a 570 first lol). Yea the fans dont seem like they do much and IMP are crap (the back 140mm fan died a week into ownership) but it does keep low temps.
I am interested to know if anyone has done water cooling on this case. =)

My Element-G rear fan just died last night, (purchased case in late 2009). Case has no alerts happen when that top rear fan dies. The heat in the case got so bad it started to melt the plastic bits in my Raptor heatpipe CPU cooler and fuse the copper heat shields! Yikes!

Hoping Thermaltake lives up to the 3 year warranty.

Posting this so others know to listen to that earlier poster, check your top rear (black) fan often and replace it before it fails.

Got this case with one Intel 320 160 gb SSD and one WD Velociraptor (2,5) 600 gb, Intel 980x, Patriot PVT36G1600LLK 6 gb ram, Asus Rampage III Formula, Asus VW246H, Asus Matrix GTX580 Platium, Sound Blaster Recon 3D Fatal1ty Profess1onal, Aopen blu - ray player. The HDD cage is removed, only usin the 2,5 HDD cage (?). Got one 60mm fan + the 140mm fan + the top fan blowin out the hot air from the case. Gonna build a new PC with a NZXT Phantom case later.

Still sport'n a Element G still.. I'll put up some pics when I get home from work. smile.gif

I'll be upgrading to a full-tower here in a few weeks and still trying to decide exactly which I am getting.. I won my Element G from a Promo that EVGA was having last year. My Element G has served me well!
