Based on those temps I would say your air circulation is sufficient. I would say that you might want to look into a new heatsink like Hednik suggested. If you got a dremmel and want to do some case modding I would install that 80mm from your side duct on top and create a blowhole. That will help some too.

Ok thanks alot. I am lookin into buying a new heatsink as well as a new air duct. I found one on ebay that is flexible/explandable, and I can run it straight from my side duct the the CPU fan so that the new heatsink is pulling air straight from the outside. Im not sure what heatsink to get though. The big typhoon is pretty large and my duct wont fit with it. I was thinking either the XP-90 or XP-120. I know they arent as good but they give me more room to work with. The duct is an 80mm connection so if I get the XP-120 I would have to get an 80 to 120mm adapter to connect it.

i have a g-power pro and my p4 idles at like 41c gets up to 47c max with a case temp of 29c...i thought the g-power pro would do better..damn its soooo loud also..omg when mines is at 3200 rpms i can hear it from the other room..ahhh
