well i am building a pc first time but what are Led Fans for? is it to make ur case Look Cool ? or to take away heat. thanks alot.

The LEDs are for show only, has no practical use for cooling. But pimping her up is always a good thing.

LED fans serve a dual purpose. They perform the same as normal fans and keep good airflow, but the clear plastic ones with Bright LED's look way cooler than plain black plastic ones. My 2x 80mm Blue LED fans light up my PC so i can see the internals

just make sure you check the quality of the fans, as I have seen many fans made of cheap plastic just for the sake of looks. but, yeah leds r just for looks, bt dey do luk awsum

LED fans just make your case light up so you can see you internal componenets better plus it looks kind of cool.
