This particular post has been bothering me for a bit.

How does extra clock speed equate to more weight? Did anyone else find that goofy?

Lol,

BTW, it took me a while to find the weight for this particular laptop. It was only stated on the all laptops detailed specs comparison page. ~6 pounds.

Anyhow, I got it. With all my rebates, I got a very nice, high resolution dual yonah laptop with 1GB 533mhz ddr2, 60GB hard drive, printer, extra battery, at the previously stated 1.83 GHz frequency for... dum dum dum

$788

Nice deal eh? Now all I need is to find a 7600go video card for cheap.

A $450 rebate, $250 rebate, and $20. I got lucky as the rebates expired on the 6th. The $250 is automatic for everybody I think. The twenty was for things $150+. Technically the normal price after instant 250 off was ~1258. Shipped today. I selected the cheap free shipping though so 2 more days of waiting.
