Gaming Rig For Friend On Tight Budget

If you know me, you know im cheap but can get awesome performance good value parts...this is the situation, then i will present my solution, id like everyone to post theirs or recommendations:

Ok so my friend has $400 and wants to game. He wants a lot of stuff he cant have (obviously) but i pieced together this little rig (he only OCs a bit, so can tone down on PSU and RAM a bit)

AMD Rig

Looks good.......but don't cheap out with a TUL motherboard. They are crap.

i disagree. TUL mobos are OCable, relatively stable, and simple. they dont have many gadgets or gizmos but are perfectly ok. i think it is ignorant and bigoted as well as prideful rather than logical just saying that because its cheap its crap
edit:case in point:i got an ECSmobo and by FLASHING THE BIOS was able to OC my 3000+ to a 3800+

well no hes getting the PCI-E, its cheaper and the mobo has a PCI-E even though its so cheap, so i thought why not but yeah i could do that and find an agp version somewhere, newegg isnt the only place online i guess

BTW is that ram u use any good for OCing? people bash rosewill but i dont know if their claims have any merit. how fast can that stuff run, if you dont mind me askin?
