as for a fluid. I've been considering that as well. not sure if I want to do distilled water + additive or non-conductive stuff. I got a bottle of MCT40 off ebay, but I'm not sure if I want to use it bc I just realized that it is green in color and I'd really like blue.
I have the Black Ice Xtreme III radiator, which is the Danger Den equivolent of that Swiftech, and I had low RPM fans just pushing and I couldn't feel any airflow on the otherside until I added 3 more, and my temps dropped 6-7°C. So I recommend pushing and pulling (you can use low RPM fans for both).

As far as fluid, I'm using the non-conductive coolant and it's already saved my ass. One of my barbs was loose upon installation and it dripped all over my fan controller/LCD panel. It looked like the Predator was bleeding on my case (UV green), so I guess I recommend it on personal experience.

Those fans are certainly quiet, but the room level noise is ~17dbA, adn those fans are 8.7dbA while only pushing 33CFM. You can get ones that are ~20dbA that push about 50CFM for the same price. Trust me, you won't be able to hear them at all, either.

thanks for the link to some blue die. I saw that, but I don't think I can just add die to the MCT40 solution. I think the die is primarily for a water w/ additive solution. I think if I want non-conductive liquid I need to get some solution that is already blue. I was looking at this stuff, but I don't know how good it is.

and for fans you should take a look at Thermaltake Thunderblade fans. That's what I'm going to use. 78cfm and only 21db
