res, I really want a res cause I will be leaving for 3 months with my pc on(is it ok?), 15

I am down to 185, sweet. I feel like I am missing somenthing
that is looking good. I would go with the masterkleer tubing. that's what I'm using, it works well and is half the price.
that res is out of stock... the only place I've seen it in stock is performance-pcs.com and that was a week or so ago.
do you have fans for the rad?
if you're mounting the rad on the back of your case do you have a radbox or another idea in mind?
do you have hose clamps or zip ties?
do you know what you're using for additives?

Primoflex tubing is also excellent. Voyeurmods has it for like 1.25 per foot. Use zip ties not clamps. They look much cleaner and do the job well. For additive use Water Wetter, zerex super coolant, or my personal (and highly recommended) favorite Cosworth Coolant.

I have two 12cm case fans that came with my case, they are about the same as on the Big typhoon, but have blue leds. I dont care what res I will have, just want it to be cheap, and able to mount on the back of my case, on the outside, like this
http://www.thermaltake.com/product/C...coolingB04.gif.
I want to mount the rad as an intake on the front, or on the back of the case. I do not have any zip ties. And I dont have any additive. Here is a site about my case
http://www.thermaltake.com/product/C.../va8000bws.asp

I will buy the pump at newegg
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835108082
I have a 10% sale on my next purchase.

pump, rad, apogee are all looking good. That res is 3/8" so you won't want it since you're using all 1/2" those blocks aren't as good as the apogee so stick w/ that.

you'll want about 5-7% additive so about a cup for a gal of water. your loop will probably use about 1/2-1/3 gal so about a 1/3 of a bottle of zerex will do fine.

you can get zip ties at home depot... few bucks for some neon colored ones

how are you getting 10% off at newegg?

I knew somebody was going to ask that. I bought something like 2months ago, It had mail in rebate. I didnt send the rebate and now it expired, so I went on newegg live support and asked them if I should still send it in, and they said "no", "but as a courtesy, we could give you 10% of your next order!!!!!!" I was so happy cause I was going to buy a 40" lcd in my next order. I am so lucky

Is it worth to get the kit at newegg for 225?

I would have to wait until its in stock, but I would get a res, and the holder for the rad.

that is probably the best kit you can buy, and it basically consists of parts you were looking at anyway.

I was asking if it is better to buy the kit, or the parts separately, Is the tubing that comes with the kit good? How about the additive?

well it's really your choice. add up the cost each way. the tubing that comes w/ the kit will be good enough, probably not as nice as clearflex, masterkleer or some of the other popular brands, but it will work nonetheless. the additive is good, lots of people use it. it's a green uv color
