Saving my F@H data

Thread Starter
I am going to reformat my server so that I can boot with multiple OS. I wondered if its beneficial to save my F@H data or should i just start over?

I am running Server 2k3 right now and when I get done I will be running Small Business Server 2k3, XP pro, and a version of Linux.

Thoughts?
