Windows Not Recognizing RAID

Just putting together my new SLI system (see sig) and everything seemed to go together peachy. Got BIOS all in line and defined my new RAID 0 array (SATA). BIOS sees my array as well as does the nVidia utility. Says its all good to go. Well I go to install Windows and it doesn't see my hard drive(s). My motherboard didn't come with any drivers and the more I read about it, the more people say that the drivers arn't neccessary (F6 on the install).

Does nVidia have any RAID drivers for the nForce4 boards that could be installed via 3.5 floppy for the windows install? If they do, I havent seen them. Only included in the full on nForce4 pack that does me no good at this point.

Any help or leads are appreciated.

Yes to install Windows on RAID you need to install the SATA RAID drivers during the Windows setup like you have stated above..You need to check the ASUS site for the appropriate SATA drivers for your Motherboard.

Couldnt find anything on Asus.com but found some asus raid drivers on Techspot.com. It seems to be working! Windows sees my array now. Thanks for the quick reponse Enterprise... even if it was a "durr" type question on my part.

Will post how it works out.
