Alright, but I've heard mixed reviews about the Arctic Silencer 5 Rev. 3..... Is it worth my hard earned money? Or should I go with something else?

The Arctic Silencer coolers are great coolers. IMO, second best behind the Zalman.

Does anyone know if the Arctic Silencer Rev. 3 comes with any cooling for the memory? If not, I think I'll get my first one because it comes with those little heat sinks that cool the memory on the video card.

It has cooling for the memory, the whole things attaches right to the core and the surrounding memory, one big chunk of copper, just look at the pictures.
