This PSU unit only has 22A on the +12V rail... so this is likely to be your cause of the problem... Suggest sourcing a loan PSU one that meets some min requirements.. see the FAQ on the A8N MB.

EDIT: One that meets ATX12V 2.0 specs and prob. a dual +12v rail version... try to avoid Tt PSUs.
