From what I've seen most Lian-Li cases come with a removable motherboard tray. Be aware that Lian-Li will break your bank though, especially for a full tower. But, if you're looking for a MONSTER full tower, an InWinQ500 is about 2+ feet tall, removable motherboard, and costs about $100 USD, all steel though. Lian-Li IMO, would be the best one to get, all aluminum (lightweight) and great quality

Did not say what price range. Cases with removable trays are getting harder to find for some reason. Anyways here are a few:

While I love my Lian Li case (no removable tray in this one), I have to say that it's LOUD. It's light, to be sure, but if I were to get another high-end Lian Li, it would definitely be one with 120mm case fans instead of 80mm.
