After spending 15k with them I'm done and will gladly pay extra somewhere else.
I went on their forums to point out a flaw in their system that they could have simply taken the time to use my advice and improve on, but instead the staff and the users laughed me out of doing business with them. Ignorance is bliss, especially when it loses them $80,000 a year from just 1 client.
You would think a multi million dollar company that wants to be the best, would actually take advice from a 5 year long customer and say hmmm maybe there IS a way to be better! but no, just ignorance all over that company.
I've forgave them for the crappy RMA experience when they ship me a board that looks like someone stepped on it and bent it in a vice, and I've forgave them for shipping me wrong parts before, but this was the last straw, so I'm seeking better vendors currently. Unfortunately its hard to find one that will beat all the prices for enough parts to build an entire pc thru one vendor. So it looks like its just going to come down for me paying more for better service.
