Ultra doesn't mean anything, its just a name. Ultra ATA 100 has a maximum bandwith of 1.0gigabytes per/second.
Ultra ATA 133 is 1.33 gb/sec
SATA (150) is 1.5gb/sec
SATA II is 3.0gb/sec
PATA, IDE, and Ultra ATA are names that can be used interchangeably, but SATA (Serial ATA uses a completely different connecting method to and from the mainboard (motherboard).
