RAM question while OCing

I have OCZ 4300 DDR2 RAM. When I get to a certain point while OCing (usually around 235 FSB), during POST, the RAM is stated at 3200?? What does that mean?? Sorry RAM noob here...

Your DRAM Frequency might be set to [Auto].
Try setting it to [Manual] and set "DRAM Frequency" to 533MHz.
