Ouch..
Hopefully they just lost the tracking info >v< and dont have to ship agin although I wouldn't mind having a backup board lol.
Odd... my postbit isn't updating I was rank 1038 last night at eoc stats and higher now but it says rank 1041 in postbit.

180 seconds, eh? Now that's a serious difference... I'll give it a try...

It might just be because my bigadv folds in a VM. I want to set realtime just for a laugh. When i set very high overnight and when im at work, everything stops responding except the VM.

I completed one at 11:28 but my points didn't appear in the mid-day refresh. Never mind though.

Mine's gonna drop in less than an hour on the 950... then I'll be one of the newest points millionaires

Oh, and that would make more sense about the 180 seconds... Giving it a try, anyways though

EDIT: nah... that didn't work only made it sluggish... instead, bumped it up to 4.9ghz... temps seem good, so we'll see...

They're both running 6900s at the moment...

EDIT: Damn! The 2600K is like 2 minutes slower per frame than the 950 both running at 3.9ghz on a 6900 project... something is wrong...

Ideas?
Not good, hopefully you get that straightened. At first glance I was just thinking a small instability issue cutting performance but dropping to 3.9 should have taken care of it. Hopefully it is just something along the lines of a setting that you are missing.

Temps ? Thermal throttling ? Surely not....

I did a phenom II 555 build on an asus mb (can't remember the exact model, but it was a 785 board I think) that had integrated graphics. It claimed 128mb dedicated graphics, but it was also siphoning off of the system ram and slowing down performance. Threw a gtx460 in and all was fixed.

I know the p8p67 doesn't have integrated graphics, but the card I put in only has 64mb graphics ram. Could it be the culprit?

The problem is, I don't want to take the TC computer down to swap in that gtx460 because I'm in the race for 2nd place in my category, and hours count

So I need to find a suitable test subject for my theory...

The team and individual stats confuse the hell out of me. I just do the best I can, maybe one day i'll learn how they work. lol
post #1019 of 6319
They're confusing if you sub in part way through the month. Add to that the (in)frequency of the updating and you've got a recipe for puzzlement.

The team daily stats are the easiest to follow, then just check it against the cumulative stats... good to go...

It doesn't look like it has updated since you took over. I'm assuming you're doing bigadv, right?
Mach what are your temps in your 2600k? I assume since you haven't said anything about it being fixed that it's still acting up?

Also have you tried running the ASUS TurvoV thing to see if it allowed you to get better PPD and if so check the settings it gave you?
