Yeah I heard the noise suppression of this specific sensor is excellent. I'm pretty sure it plays a huge role in the stunning low-light shots that Nikons are so famous for.

Have fun snowboarding. (I live in Vancouver, but yet I don't have snowboarding/skiing stuff. How sad.)

That's not me in the pic. It was a DC competition night, there's only 1 a year. Everyone there was amazing, but i did manage to perfect backside boardslides.

That looks awesome Boyd! Are there any real ski hills around your area? I'm only about 3 hours away from the mountains here where I like to go a few times a year, but my boarding is usually done on water behind a boat

The nearest ski hills are in Wales or Scotland, but we've never been up there. I really want to get a trip going this winter if it snows.

They built that indoor slope in 2001. That's when i learnt, we only go on Friday nights though because it's freestyle night. 196m slops is a bit dull without rails and kickers.

Cool! I'm sure if you do get out to the mountains you would really enjoy yourself. Sounds like your probably much more of a snowboarder then I, rails and kickers look way too scary for me, I'm lucky just to carve my way down to the bottom without doing any damage... On the water, different story. I hope to perfect my backflip this year I land it maybe half of the time I try.. But that's what I like about the water, it doesn't hurt nearly as much as snow and ice so I can pretend to know what I'm doing

Awesome, boyd!

I have been doing it since I was 12 though. 3 of my friends are qualified snowboard instructors. They're rather good, lol.
