yikes...
on another note, got my 2600k rig up and folding... nice and easy at 4.5 right now... gonna let it go like that for a while, then kick it up a notch (or two)...

Two noctua p12's running in push/pull on an h50 is working really well, and is nearly silent. The case is not very well ventilated, and it still isn't hitting 60 under load.

The 500 watt antec earthwatts psu seems to be doing the job.

Can you setup the bigadv in the virtual machine? The guide is here.
http://www.overclock.net/folding-hom...igadv-amd.html

If you can get that setup awesome let me know when/if you do and I'll tell you something that should make it run better.

Is your x6 overclocked btw?
This will give him a 10k ppd boost in a vm...

That's what I said get a temp folder who either has a 2500k @~4.7 or an overclocked X6. Make sure they use the bigadv hack either way. I think Zhanger said he'd temp for me but... Anyways I hope you can leave a spot for me. I'm going to start the RMA after I get out of classes today.

Ok, we'll see if we can get Zhanger back in as temp.

Zhanger, you up for it? PM Zodac and get the passkey figured out and let me know.

Check under the chip for burn marks.
Also im not quite clear on what happened?
Something came lose ?

If so you might want to check every single piece checked out,
Check the mobo, cpu, Cards, and PSU.
If you want pointers on how let me know

BTW Digi, You deserve a medal for fixing the team

The CPU seems ok. It just looks like a motherboard issue http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...-constant.html <-- sound the exact same as my issue. The CPU looks fine. I'm torn right now as to whether to send the CPU off too. On one hand I know this CPU was 4.7 GHz stable and that if I send it off I might get a worse chip. On the flip side of that though I might get a chip that does that 4.7GHz at lower voltage or oc's higher.

So what's going on this morning? Is Zhanger folding temporarily in the x6/2500k spot?
