Project: Mid Tower Madness (Warning Pics no 56k)

Thread Starter
Alright guys here is a build i have done for myself. it is my first custom build and i think it came out alright. i am forever updating so i have switched some components between the pictures here.

Here is the case i am using i have cut out most of the front of the case except the top drive bays. As you can see i cut a piece of aluminum and rivited it in to serve as a barrier between the water cooling section of computer, and the rest

here is the case with a 77 bonneville heater core mounted to it. i have started the fan shroud out of wood

Here is the water cooling system (DD TDK block, DD D5 pump, DD resivior, 77 HC) that i am testing for any leaks

Now i have my mobo mounted (Asus P5WD2-E Premium) with the TDK block attached to it before i install the rest of the components

This is with the fan shroud installed, for right now i have the front part attached to the fans taped on (i know ghetto for the moment) you can see where i have my two hd in raid-0 up top (only spot for them)

Here i have my computer up and running with only the cpu water cooled. After i got this far in the build i bought a EVGA 7900GT so i decided i needed to water cool that too. 7900gt replaced 6800

This is after i have installed the 7900GT with water cooling block (Swiftech MCW60) and ran the tubing
(i know i need to work on the wires but i wanted it running)

Pics of some components i used

This is with it all up and running CPU (D830) overclocked to 4Ghz, and the 7900GT overclocked to 550/1800. You can see the idle temps.

here are some benchies from Sandra, you can see my OC on the top and what the stock is supposed to be on the bottom.

Here is my 3DMark 06 score. i can hopefully get it higher after i volt mod my video card.

This is a bench of HDTach of my raid-0, you can see that my burst speed beats ultafast SCSI

Thanks for checking out my build i had lots of fun with it, and if i do any more mods i will keep this updated.
please leave your comments on what i have done
