For your H70 you should always keep the "crap" that comes with it.

It's acutally one of shun etsy's tims (I think something 23 is the model), one of the most expensive and best performing TIM's out there.

I don't know about it being one of the most expensive but definitely one of the best for the price.

correct tht stuff is for sticking heatsinks on memory chips and never ever removing them

Shin etsu X23-7726 to be exact, IC diamond is good aswell it comes in 2 sizes 7 and 24 grams
