Did you lower your multiplier to x4 instead of its default x5? Make sure your FSB times your multiplier doesn't exceed 1000mhz.

Please type more clearly next time.
You are experiencing instability due to either RAM or the CPU voltage being too low for your frequencies.
You need to set a divider. I am looking at your manual and what you need to do is set the Memory index value to 200. Also you should change the CPU voltage. If you have a 3200+ Venice, then I would go for about a total of 1.45v.
And, if you up the voltage in the RAM about .2v, you may be able to overclock it without a divider.
Keep an eye on your temps.... http://www.overclock.net/faqs/22863-...e-monitor.html You don't want to exceed a maximum of 50°C. If your temps are around 35-45°C, try to raise the CPU vcore to about 1.50v, and keep your DRAM at 200MHz... that CPU should go faster than the RAM, so best keep it at stock speeds.
I don't know much about HTT, though, so you may still need help.

Can you lock your PCI and PCIe buses on your mobo? If you can't, you may be OCing too much for the PCI bus to handle, therefore corrupting data on your hard drive, hence the boot error.

Normally it's 33.3 for the PCI and 100 for the PCIe, you can push the PCIe a little more but, as a general rule, stay at 100.
