Set your htt to 800, set a 166 divider, try 230 fsb you might have to increase your vcore.
You can go as high as 1.58volts safely if you get a good cooling system then no problem, but with the stock cooler its going to hold you back.
Keep your temps below 55c under load.

if you set the memory to 166mhz, then it raises in proportion with your front side bus. So if you set your memory to 166, and your HTT to 240, then your memory would have raised to 200mhz, which is where you want it for 3200 speeds.

Your voltage for your CPU should start at 1.45, and then you can raise it as you need it, but do not exceed 1.6v

The voltage on your RAM can be at 2.7 or 2.8

yeah looks good to me. You setting seem to be correct to overclock it higher. Remove the one stick of 2700 and see if that helps, 3 stick of ram seem to be a prob with overclocking, im not sure why but it is. Good luck

you removing just the RAM stick right not the whole slot? When a system isnt stable a i think the disk boot failure is a very broad error that doesnt mean your hd has something wrong with it.
