The reason why I was looking for PC is because I let my bosses kids borrow my 360 and they busted it, so now i have a bunch of games, no 360.

Its funny that everyone screams so much about hackers because it is usually 50/50, a lot of people say the hackers arent nearly as bad as people make them out, then you get threads like this where people act like it is every game you get one. Either way, there would be no way I would pay full price, I would wait for a $15-$20 steam sale.

The sad part is, it IS almost every game that you get one. Most ones they use they don't detect.

The only time you see a legitimate hackers is on a free weekend, when people sign up for a new steam account, they don't care about getting it banned.

I'm pretty sure there was some deal here on OCN not too long ago for MW2 for $39 ...

Yeah it was kind of a crappy situation, my Boss' kids xbox broke the first day of summer, i felt bad, knowing how mad I would have been at that age had my game system (or in my case at that age, hockey gear) broken right as I was getting out of school for summer. I told her that they could borrow mine since mine hadn't even been hooked up since I dropped a 5870 into this rig. I let them borrow it, they reported sporadic red rings but were still able to use it then when I got it back it was a constant red ring. I cant say that it didn't screw up before I gave it to them, if I cant be sure then I wont pursue, not only that, rule number 1 "never loan anything out that you cant afford to lose" I knew it was a possibility when I loaned it to them since they were on their 4th xbox in a couple years. At the end of the day, I made a couple kids summer more enjoyable, thats worth it.

Thats unfortunate, I really would like a FPS to play online but I am not interested in Bad Company, I am more of a hunter type player, objectives dont really do it for me.
