TT Big Typhoon Handeling 1.75v!! - Page 8

Hi Waqasr, you know your load temp of 40C...is that just taken from the OCCT graph or is that your maximum load temp during a large FTT test in Prime 95??

My max load temp in OCCT is 40-41C but in Prime 95's torture tests they can creep up to the 45C level.

You never know you might be looking at 35C you lucky devil you. I have got a few bits and bobs coming in the post soon which should knock a bit more off the prime load....I have a thunderblade 120mm, a thunderblade 80mm and 8 OCZ ramsinks (1 for the mosfets and the rest for the copper bit of the TT BT).

That might bring the temps to below 40C.

Well it has not been easy to find the ramsinks....I searched everywhere for the thermaltake (A1978) ones which were in the FAQ, in the UK but could only find them on ebay for a tenner. I was looking around a bit and I noticed the OCZ ones which get a better write up, and the only place I could find them in this part of the world was a website in Rep of Ireland for £11 (free postage here which takes 2-4 days and they let you pay by paypal):

http://www.pc-memory-upgrade.co.uk/m...ccessories.asp

If they work well I will get another set for my ram and the other chips on the DFI motherboard which get really hot.

Are you gonna get some?
