my apologies, i got you mixed up with the OP. so as i was typing out a response i saw the title of the thread and did not notice that you were a different poster and already had a 7600.

my advice mirrors others, get another 7600 if you plan on keeping your old one. do keep in mind when you're thinking about adding another card the following things:

* space - if you use a seperate NIC, sound card, TV card, firewire card, PhysX card in your system, real estate inside your case will be at a premium.

* heat - the heat produced from two graphics cards can overwhelm your current case fans if you don't take those into consideration. plus the close proximity two graphics cards will have to not only each other, but other cards if you have them.

* power - i'm not famaliar with your particular PSU, but take into consideration what two graphics cards will draw on it under load to see if it would make your system unstable.

I've used a Wattage calculator, and my PSU is fine to run these two SLI.

I have 3 case fans, 2 x 120MM (one intake, one exhaust) and 1 x 80MM side fan.

I am intending on cooling both of the cards with Zalman VF-900's at some stage, when I've got the upgrades in my signature sorted.

Thinks like VGA coolers are the little things that make a big difference!

Space should be fine, plenty of room left in there. Is it possible to use a PhysX card with 2x7600GT's? I thought a PhysX was a seperate card altogether - or does it just render Physics better?
