Something to look out for I guess, but I'd rather have to deal with that than not get a ton of air right on top of the VRM's.

@Jwmachon,

Only the non reference card like ours has an issue when the DVI is setup the way you mentioned it. Our cards are 7.5 inches while the reference, which you have, is 9.3 inches; meaning it has enough length that the DVI housing does not become an issue.

Hope this clears it up for you!

Yes Jwmachon the Accelro Twin Turbo II will fit based on the specs given on the Arctic Cooling website and confirmation that a reference 560 will fit (on the same website).

I guess Gelid Icy Vision wouldn't fit on my Gainward GTX560Ti Golden Sample? Argh shame, i can bet it would help me to reach 1GHz on core smile.gif Any other ideas/suggestions guys?

I don't see why it wouldn't . Hole spacing should be the same. You may have to work out your own solution for the vrms but they look pretty easy to sink.

@FYFI13,

Since your Gainward 560 uses the same PCB as the 460 the list you need to look at on page 1 would be the VGA (1GB) Cooler List.

The best out of that list would probably be the Deep Cool v4000, I'm not sure if it's widely available in the US though. Another option would be to look for the Zerotherm Coolmax 4000.

You see, i'm afraid that DVI port bay might be an issue here - http://imgur.com/a/tVUon Obviously, it's very rough measuring but still... Perhaps i could simply cut off first 3-4 fins of that heatsink.

Thanks, but for these two guys i would have to take out my sound card and i don't really want to. On the other hand, i don't have many options now.

@FYFI13,

Yup, the Gelid Icy Vision would need some modification to fit. This was confirmed by one of the developers (Tony_Choi) of the Ivy Vision on this thread (Page 1 and I think it's the 6th post).

You could also choose the Thermalright Spitfire. It's orientation is a bit different and would help you solve your Sound Card issue if you choose the first 2 I recommended. It's probably second only to the Shaman in performance but it's just how the cooler is designed that throws me off from ever getting this. If you can work with this and have a case that can fit this or have a side fan to blow air or onto it, you would be golden.
