New case + psu for £100

Thread Starter
Any got any ideas for a good case + psu to house my current rig. My budget is around 100 GBP, any uk website will do. I wont be going sli in the future so psu doesnt need to be that, would like it to be 450W + though.

Case whise I want NO neons or fancy shizzle...its got to be able to hold the big typhoon and be good for cooling/air circulation etc.

Any Ideas guys?

Thanks in advace

And case in black would be nice due to black dvd drives...

So you say get a decent psu and a cheepo case? Ive always like the Hiper 580W which I can pick up for £60 at my local, which leaves £40 for the case. I would like to overclock, any recommendations on ones with good airflow?
Cheers again

Well the Hiper 580 Watt does sound nice and is a good PSU.Spend a little less on the case as the PSU is one of the main componants of your PC as without a decent PSU your pc wont run stable and Overclocking will be hard. So spend the majority on a good PSU and the rest on the case as you can pick up nice cases pretty cheap these days.

This seems like a nice cheap case : http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...uct_uid=105235

Ah k, cool. Do you reccomend any good/cheep cases? Need to be big enough to store the BT...I currently have 1 from evesham, it doesnt seem that bad, shall I just stick to that and have a good time overly modding it? Meh, why not, and if it doesnt work Ill get a better case.
Thanks Enterprise for your help, rep for you
Cheers

Plus with current case I wouldnt have to take out all the parts and refit them...much easier

Well ill check out some other cases for you. Its going to be hard to get a FULL ATX within your Price range but you can get some nice sized Midi cases. The one i shown you abov will have pretty good airflow.

Thats another nice one..but will take you over budget slightly: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=99442

I know, but if anyone talks to me in there ill hit them, and im not joking...A quick dash in and out and ill be fine.

Regarding this evesham, case there is another slot for an 80mm fan hidden away behind the hard drives right at the front, however theres a thick plastic bit with little holes covering it...Would you recommened sawing right through it? I like breaking things...And would I have that as intake or outake? Im guessing intake because it currently doesnt have an intake :O

Thanks once again

Well as its a front fan you would have it as an Intake. The plastin bit you refer sawing of you may need as that may be the fixing for the fan to go into.
