I'm getting absolute crap for PPD right now. This weekend I'm going to completely redo the OS on my rig and reverify my OC. Also even though I much perfer the v7 client I'm going back to v6 because the PPD loss isn't worth the ease of use. So I will be taking my rig down tonight and should be back up and running at my usual PPD tomorrow. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to tweak the kernel or not but I should be back to performing at my pervious level soon.
Yeah, I don't know what I'm going to do with my setup yet. I've got a lot to do over the next couple weeks. I just got a new MB, an Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 for my 2700k rig, I'm taking the Asus P8Z68-V/GEN3 out of that rig and putting in my TC rig, and I'm taking the Gigabyte P67-UD3 board out of my TC rig and building a 3570k rig (which I picked up the CPU for last week). Also, I just picked up a GTX570, waterblock for the 570, a 360 rad and external mount for it and new hose all for my 2700k rig. So in the next two weeks, I'm tearing apart my two current rigs (the 2500k and 2700k) and building 3 rigs (2500k, 2700k and 3570k) from all the parts! HUGE project. I'm kinda looking forward to it, but I'm kinda not because its going to be A LOT of work!
OK, I just have to say, I'm not happy right now with the new TC rules. I was just looking and my average PPD for April was 64,839, so far this month (through yesterday) my average PPD is 23,718. That means I've lost an average of 41,121 PPD by not being able to fold hugeadv! That's 1,233,630 points less I'll make this month than in April!! I'm not a happy camper.
