Also, what flags for v7 should I be using for my GTX460s and 570? They all seem to be getting crap WUs now but they are all running without any flags, so any pointers would be awesome.

Good call, just got my new rig up & running and need to optimize the GPU too .
Mutt - what's the procedure for switching TC rigs? After FFW I think I'm going to switch to one of my new IB chips. The one I've already got running is 4.7GHz stable, which should net better points than the 2700k @ 4.8.
