Maybe bad mobo? Maybe I need to update my BIOS? IDK
HELP ME...I am so freaking buggin out here IDK what to do!

can you post some screenshots of cpuz please. if you have a digital camera and want to take a couple pictures of your bios that might help as well, but if you don't then don't worry about it.

alright, I would have to say that your problem is probably with your RAM. 2-3-2-5 timings are quite tight for most RAM to run at 230Mhz depending on what IC's it uses. do a google search or something to find out what ICs your RAM uses. I think that will really help you w/ your OC

OK, what in the world is an IC? Integrated Circut? If so, then what is an integrated circut?

IC is what specific memory modules or type of memory that a stick of RAM uses.

for example the IC for the OCZ platinum rev. 2 in my HTPC is Samsung TCCD

my g.skill HZ's in my opty rig use Samsung UCCC

you need to find out what your patriot ram uses because that will tell you very important things:
what voltage to give it (and the range of voltages you can use when overclocking)
what timings to use, and what frequencies you can expect it to do (roughly) at certain timings.
how fast you can expect it to go. all RAM is different, but you should be able to find specific characteristics of your RAM that will help you out.
