I think my card is getting artifacts, how do I reset it to the BIOS defaults?

Alright, basically, I just went out and got a x1600 pro. However, when I open ATItool, it just says 0/0, not the true core/mem. I think I accidentally pushed it up to see what was going on, and it got set and what to use. Now it's artifacting quite a bit, and I don't know how to set it back to the BIOS defaults, since it doesn't recognize my card.
Help? ;_;

Edit - urgh... I checked ATI tray tools and it said the defaults were 500/405, so I set that in ATItool, but the little fuzzy cube is artifacting like MAD.

If it was truly 0/0 you would not get anything on the display, try uninstalling the drivers, rebooting and reinstalling them.

Also, if you boot up the system holding Control, most drivers will boot at the default clocks.

Hm. Reinstalled the drivers and it seems to be OK.
But ATItool and radlinker and all of those still show 0/0. Any ideas on that?
