done some iracing on it, and it is nice and smooth, but my fps is really too low at some points, 45-to 120ish fps to give a fair judgement on it. but i am pleased with the monitor

I played some Dragon Age and WoW last night on my new monitor and let me tell you...it was awesome. I'm glad I made the jump to LCD finally, everything is so much more crisp and vibrant, plus the resolution is insane I can see like every little detail. Just to let you know when you get your monitor you will want to turn the brightness and contrast down quite a bit or it will burn your eyes out of your face.

Only thing I noticed was the colors weren't as accurate as my CRT but that was to be expected. I am still playing on standard mode and haven't messed with calibration or anything yet...will do that this weekend after finals are done, but all in all I am very happy with my purchase

P.S. My old monitor was a whopping 96 lbs. this one is more like 9.6 lbs...LOL (not really though). I've increased the area of my desk space by like 40% and my monitor doesn't serve as a space heater anymore!

That doesn't help most people in here since we already have a LCD in the 2ms/5ms range. What we would like to know is how well 120hz is performing. I'm sure most people would be surprised by the resolution jump if they use to use an old crt monitor. You probably won't notice the trailing if there is any until you become use to LCDs (stop being in awe at the vibrant, new high resolution). So it's hard to take your word for how good the monitor really is.

Well I ran my old CRT at 120Hz at 1360x768 so yea the resolution jump is new to me, but I was really more or less just giving my personal opinion, sorry I wasn't any help to you...I'm just a college student and don't really have time to come out with a professional review for you...but yea I'm happy with my purchase nonetheless!

wth do you mean by how well the 120hz is performing?!?!? It works, done...

Just played Battlefield BC2 and had a K/D between 3.5-7 if that's any indication?

By now 120hz is basically a must for every serious gamer that doesn't play RTS exclusively... But even in Starcraft II everything is just more fluid...

I'm soooooooooooo glad I finally have 120hz... You don't even know what you're missing until you start kicking ass and taking names...

Your post just blew my mind. I have to buy one now. You know what; I'll just donate all my money to BenQ and jump off a cliff right after I take out an insurance policy with BenQ as the benefactor.
Are you getting paid to plug that?

In all seriousness, there are differences in lag/trailing in different 120hz monitors. I would like to know how it fairs compared to a 60hz lcd monitor and other 120hz monitors.

I'm still working with a CRT myself and would gladly get this Benq around Christmas time if the price is right, otherwise next year some time.
