I'm having the same problem as another person I see. Ordered this from the BenQ US website store. Shows in stock. Order still hasn't even processed and its been a week. Called and e-mailed customer service daily with no straight answer just that it has either shipped or will ship today and we will e-mail you the tracking info. Well still nothing. So I finally decided I want to cancel so e-mailed them twice still no word back. Called their number guy tells me to e-mail the same address I have been e-mailing so I tell him and he is like oh. So he transfers me to some other number that never answers and I leave a message on the voicemail and they never call back.

This has to be the worst customer service I have dealt with ever!!!!

Ya, shop.benq.us seems to be very unprofessional. I wouldn't be surprised if it was some dude working out of a corner in some warehouse. Not only hasn't the monitor shipped, but they even retracted the authorization charge on my credit card.

Sucks that they are the only ones carrying this monitor in the US.

I just order today and customer service ask me why I order 2 and its on hold so I had to call CC company to release it. There little professional there but lets see how long I get mine.. Getting scared from some people complaining in here.

looks like the site im gunna order from is getting some on monday, gotta check to see with customer support how many orders they have to see if its worth it. Still not sure if i should just go with an asus or acer 120hz since they're only specs difference is led and since they only price match against instock competitor prices they would be 100$ cheaper and that not even open box.

Keep in mind they weren't originally going to start shipping until Dec 10 - 15 so it sounds like (for whatever reason) they got an early shipment, ran out and are waiting on the original shipment to arrive so they can send them out as scheduled. Either way, it's not very good business practice to lie to paying customers...I would be frustrated too. Hope you guys get your shipping confirmation soon

Over here in Germany it was like 3 weeks - 1 month late... Expect a similar experience on your end you should be fine...

So has everyone that ordered one, actually received theirs within 2-3 weeks? I'm all for being patient but I certainly don't want to risk losing $400, if people have had some horror stories with BenQ.

Thanks I guess I'll try to be patient since it seems thats all I an do since still no e-mail response and the number was given to call always goes to voice mail and noone returns calls.

Feels like their US team has like 4 people employeed. Always get the same people lol

If they could come straight out and tell me I'm sorry we got backordered and we will get your item out next week I'd be ok with that. But not returning e-mails or calls and the 1 time I did get to talk to someone 2 days ago he told me it would ship that day. It's the lying and just unproffesional style that is getting to me.

Have to go back to work tommorow though maybe that will keep me busy long enough not to have to think about it lol.

Ok Canadians, was in contact with sales representative from NCIX they got a shipment of these monitors about two hours ago and they are available(not backlogged for other customers), I have just ordered mine price matched against another site which also shows in stock here
heres hoping that the price match goes through and that EBP goes quickly.(used my ncix points for free shipping so im hoping they ship with purolator)
