Yes, exactly like migz's xl2410t:

Same strip, same location.

I don't remember seeing that strip of pixels before, only after this morning. So I think this is a problem, not a feature. I think I would have noticed them before, but who knows..

Now I don't know what to do. I hate the strip, I paid a lot of money and can't stand anything less than perfection biggrin.gif

What exactly does AMA do? This is the feature that gives 0 input lag? With this off, is it that noticeable?

AMA is Advanced Motion Accelerator, BenQ's version of overdrive. It speeds up the pixel transitions of colours and so reduces ghosting (but on some monitors, this sometimes creates dark or light trails instead), it has nothing to do with input lag.

Have a look at the PCMonitors review to see the effects of AMA turned on and off (scroll down to the "Response times" section).

The option to lower input lag on the XL2410T is called "Instant Mode" (LG monitors have something similar called Thru Mode), it effectively makes it have 0ms input lag.

Read the FlatpanelsHD review for more details.

So are there xl2410t owners without the pixel strip in 100-120hz mode and AMA on?

Why not just use the one that came with your BenQ monitor?

I received an e-mail from Fry's pretty much saying that I won't receive my BenQ monitor, and that I'll be refunded! W.T.F, first I was told I had to wait 15 days due to the back order (Which was fine), and now I'm not getting it. Is there anyone who has it in stock for the US?

Not that I know of. BenQ will have it in stock around the 10th of January from what I was told.
