um, i'm not very familiar with your stock settings, but apparently the AGP bus is clocked together with the FSB of the board, memory and cpu in sockets 754.
So if u raise the FSB from say 220 to 230, the agp bus would rize aswell. IF your MSI board can clock the agp bus separately, then you're in luck, just follow this link, or if you're like me, want to learn from trial and error, raise your fsb and make sure the agp bus stays the same:

http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu...n-3100-oc.html

they tested with a sempron, just so you know, but it should work with an athlon aswell

try this link, even though you have a 3000, it should be about the same. I have my 2800+ Newcastle @ 2.4GHz stable 29 C on idle on air cooling. Hope it helps!

Put it on a 166 divider, set your htt 3x, vcore can go as high as 1.6volt with good cooling. keep it under 55c. full load. set it up like this, then up your fsb untell it wont boot then start to raise your vcore to get it to boot, then contiue on untell you reach your limits.

Good call, but it makes no differance in the method of overclocking it.
