Well, have fun with that.. Youll never touch phase change temps or phase change overclock though...

Actually you will get the best overclock with a 671. I hear they can go to 5Ghz on water, so I am guessing 7.5Ghz+ on N(l)

Well they didn't design the most efficient system that is for sure. You could probably do a N(l) phase change system! That would require a pretty strong compressor

Now I'm confused, you guys are telling me phase cooling will reach higher speeds then water cooling, ok I know that... but are these higher speeds 24/7 stable and safe?
Yup. Evolutionsentra has his 3200+ Venice at 3.11 GHz on phase. I'd like to see someone do that on watercooling.

... Yeah. The max stable AMD overclock they have gotten is 3.8 ghz, and that was stable. I dunno about the max intel though.

i think the AMD record is something like 6GHz with opteron... dont think its stable...
anyway... i saw a presler 955XE running 5GHz on stock... it should be higher with the new revision... C1 i think... liquid nitrogen will take it off... way off... perhaps a new record... 8GHz... the 965 is a bad oc... cuase the FSB is somthing like 266 on stock... dont think it can oc better then the 955...
cant they sell the "high end" cpus for somthing like 500$? cause i want to wait for conroe XE with 3.33GHz... if it was somthing like 500$ i think it was a good buy and i would allready replace my fx with the very sexy 955XE and then when the conroe XE will come out i will upgrade...
