But does anyone really wants dual core at that price? I'd rather drop 50 more and get i7. I wonder does the ht make it feel faster then a dual.
I know when I went from a q6600 to a Phenom 555 the system felt a lot slower.

Actually, the Intel I7 930 is $200 at MC which is $50 more and the I7 760 is $169 but does not have hyperthreading. The reason you get the I5 6 series is for gaming a dual is fine and when you need a little more power than the hyperthreading comes in handy.

why can't microcenter or frys move north!
Its 40 miles away from where I live, and they're all the way down in San Jose. They should open one up near SF somewhere! get more customers like me!!!!
